Terms of Service

The Service

Creator ToolBox lets brands and creators discover each other, agree on deals, exchange messages, submit and review videos, and manage payments. We provide the platform; the deals themselves are between the creators and brands.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Access is granted by invitation or admin approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account.

Creator and brand responsibilities

• Provide honest information about your accounts, audience, and offerings.
• Deliver what you agree to in a deal, and communicate in good faith.
• Follow applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform disclosure requirements.

Connecting TikTok

If you connect a TikTok account, you confirm that it is yours and that you will comply with TikTok's own terms. You can disconnect it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what data we access.

Connecting Gmail

If you connect a Gmail account, you confirm that it is yours and that you will comply with Google's terms. We use this connection solely to send outbound emails on your behalf from within the Service. We do not read, store, or use your email content for any other purpose. You can disconnect it at any time from your account settings, or by revoking access in your Google Account security settings. Creator ToolBox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Fees and payments

Brands use the marketplace for free. Creators may be offered a free trial and paid plans; any fees are shown before you subscribe. Deal payments are handled through our payment provider. You are responsible for the taxes that apply to your earnings.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the Service. You must have the rights to any content you submit.

Prohibited conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity, audience, or performance.
• Abusing, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Interfering with the Service or attempting to access it without authorization.

Disputes between users

The Service offers a dispute process for deal disagreements. We may review evidence and make a decision to help resolve a dispute, but we are not a party to the deals and do not guarantee any outcome.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
